Getting Started with Eden Personal Stores
Am I eligible for an Eden Personal Store?
To be eligible for an Eden Personal Store, you need to:
-Be an EdenFantasys affiliate
-Own a unique domain for your store
-If you want to host the store yourself, you need hosting. If you want EdenFantasys to host your store, you do not need hosting.

I have a Blogger blog (or WordPress.com blog), do I own my own domain?
If your blog’s URL is something like http://MyAwesomeSite.blogspot.com or http://MyAwesomeSite.wordpress.com, then your blog is on a subdomain.
Owning your own domain means that you pay money each year to a company like GoDaddy.com who sells domains, and your site URL is something like http://MyAwesomeSite.com. If you have a Blogger (or WordPress.com) blog and do not have access to your blog’s server, you cannot add a subdomain to it or host a store on that blog. You can, however, purchase your own domain and hosting and set up your store on that site! Email partners@edenfantasys.com if you have questions.
Where do I sign up to be an EdenFantasys Affiliate?
Sign up to be an EdenFantasys Affiliate on this page, or if you already have an account with EdenFantasys, log in and click Account >> Affiliate Program. Check to see that your partner code is displayed (example: CPG). Click “Generate Partner Code” if you do not yet have a partner code.
Can I have more than one Eden Personal Store?
Yes, you can have more than one Eden Personal Store. For each store, you need to have a separate user account and partner code.
EPS Setup Questions
I see a prompt to download the new Prestashop software. Should I download it?
No! Do not download Prestashop updates! The updates will affect the custom modules. We will provide software updates as needed, and you are always welcome to contact us if you have a question about your store’s function.
Customizing Eden Personal Stores
How do I add products to my store?
Add products from the EdenFantasys main site. Select “My Store” on the navigation bar (see picture below) and browse to product pages. Add products to your My Store list, then use the Synchronize function to update your store’s inventory. Tutorial here.
How do I change my store’s name?
Back Office >> Preferences >> Contact. Tutorial here. You can also edit the Main Title and other headings in the Home Text Editor. Navigate to Back Office >> Modules >> Home Text Editor >> Configure. Tutorial here.
How do I change my store’s banners or logo?
Homepage banner: Back Office >> Modules >> Home Text Editor >> Configure. Tutorial here.
Category banners: Back Office >> Catalog. Click on the Edit icon on the row of a category. Tutorial here.
Store logo: Back Office >> Preferences >> Appearances. Tutorial here.
Can I change the appearance of my store?
Yes! We love seeing custom store designs. The store software offers some customization options like adding custom banners and personalizing the homepage text, but you are welcome to adjust the store files on your host, too. If you feel comfortable working with CSS and/or PHP, feel free to customize your store through your host files. We realize that not everyone has experience with CSS and PHP and are working on providing more customization options for your store theme.
Store Products
How do I categorize my store’s products?
First, create categories, then categorize products either in bulk or individually.
Create categories: Back Office >> Catalog >> Add a new subcategory. Tutorial here.
Categorize products in bulk: Back Office >> Modules >> EdenFantasys Bulk Product Update >> Configure. Tutorial here.
Categorize products individually: Back Office >> Catalog >> Scroll down and click on product name. Tutorial here.
You can add DVDs available on EdenFantasys.com, but you cannot add the ones available through EdenDVD.com. Here is a link to our erotic books, video, and audio collection available through EdenFantasys.com; any of the items in that category can be added to your store.
Affiliate Commissions
How do I register to be paid commission?
Log into your affiliate account on EdenFantasys and go to the Registration for Payments page. Make sure all of the information on this page is accurate and complete. If you have not sent us a W9 file, download one here and fax it to (609) 920-0332 or mail to EdenFantasys / Web Merchants, Inc., ATTN: Rufina Bulatova, 2745 Bankers Industrial Drive, Atlanta, GA 30360.
Commissions are paid near the beginning of each month, but there is a waiting period so EdenFantasys can deal with any order issues that arise. After orders are placed, the following month serves as a Cooling Off period, where order issues are solved (returns, exchanges, refunds, etc.). Once the Cooling Off period ends, the original month (when the orders were placed) is considered closed. For example, orders placed in January have a Cooling Off period in February, and commissions for these orders would be paid near the beginning of March. How do I access my affiliate reports?
Go to EdenFantasys.com and log into your affiliate account. Then click Account >> Affiliate Program >> Reports. On the Reports page, click on any of the report titles (such as “Main” or “Traffic” or “Orders”) to view the specific report. Tutorial here.
